Coldwell Banker will list and advertise your property in the top real estate websites in over 60 countries, with the advertisements translated in the native languages. The property will be listed on Caimeiiu (Asian MLS) and will be translated to Mandarin.

An ad will be placed in the Los Angeles Times real estate weekend section, The View- a full page color ad placed in this exclusive supplemental magazine provided in the LA Times Sunday edition. Distributed to local areas. This insert will go out to no less than 10,000 subscribers in relevant zip codes. When available, we will place your property along with other prestigious listings in magazines for example Luxe, Los Angeles Confidential, Angeleno, The Hollywood Reporter, and others.
Open House Flyers
Professionally designed flyers distributed to neighbors promoting and inviting them to the open house.
Multiple open houses for the public will be held on Sundays and an Open House for the entire brokerage community will be held on Tuesday. Or Friday. Refreshments will be offered to the brokers. Advertising of the open houses will be in the form of direct mailers to neighbors and database, MLS caravan book, LA Time’s and email blasts.
